Sotheary Johnmar has extensive experience in insurance coverage and compliance work. While versed in professional liability insurance, her practice is focused on D&O and E&O insurance coverage matters. She has worked with primary and excess insurers in coverage analysis, policy interpretation, claim monitoring, and the auditing of defense costs. Her background also includes 10 years of assisting a former Superintendent of Insurance of the NYS Department of Financial Services to help resolve legal, regulatory and business matters before regulators and state insurance agencies in regulatory complaints, disciplinary proceedings and statutory violations.
