Willis Taylor’s practice focuses on counseling D&O liability insurers and other professional liability insurers on a variety of coverage matters.  Mr. Taylor represents insurers’ interests in connection with resolution of complex securities and derivative claims, antitrust matters, and issues arising from policyholder bankruptcy.

Mr. Taylor began his practice as a litigator in Louisville, Kentucky, representing regional and national clients in commercial litigation and insurance defense cases.  As an accomplished defense litigator, Mr. Taylor is experienced in effective and efficient conflict resolution.
